Purpose: This conference is for the saints on the West Coast with the sole purpose of pursuing the Lord, and therefore there will be no tours or other related activities arranged.
Registration:
  • Registration deadline: June 30, 2013. (Lodging cannot be guaranteed for late registrations.)
  • Register on-line if possible. Registration will not be accepted over the phone. Do not register on behalf of others.
  • Please list all family members attending (including toddlers and infants) and indicate each person's age on July 24, 2013.
  • Each minor, individuals under the age of 18, must register on the same form as the temporary guardian (over age of 25). Parent/legal guardians must fill out the Parent/Guardian Consent Form.
  • Please fill in your Chinese name if you have one. It'll help us greatly in service arrangements.
  • If there are special needs or physical limitations for an individual, please specify them in the Remarks.

Transportation:
  • WCCC will ONLY provide transportation service from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) for arrivals and departures.
  • For those who need rides to or from the conference site, please complete the Flight Information form online or mail in a completed "Transportation & Hospitality Form" by July 17.
  • If a member of a family takes a different flight, please enter a separate transportation form for that member.
  • The best arrival time is between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on July 24, and the best departure time is after 3:00 PM on July 28.
  • For arrival, if your itinerary includes more than one segment, please list only the segment for arrival in the Los Angeles area.

Accommodations:
For those who need to stay before and/or after, please complete the Accommodations Information.
Accommodations 1 day before and/or after the conference at Biola are primarily for brothers and sisters traveling from Overseas or from the East Coast; please contact us if you need additional accommodations to match your flight itinerary.
Things to Bring: Bible, notebook, travel documents and toiletries. Biola will provide sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels. The average Los Angeles temperature may vary from 20°- 38°C, or 70°- 100°F.
Expenses: Attendees are responsible for personal travel expenses. All expenses for the conference including meals, lodging, and facilities will be met by free-will offerings. Please make checks payable to "WCCC."
For your reference, Biola charges each full-time attendee for room and board the following fees- Ages 13 and above: (US) $152; Ages 6-12: $132; Ages 5 and under: Free. (These fees do not cover additional expenses incurred by WCCC).
