Q. Where do I check-in when I arrive at Biola? A. The main check-in time is Wednesday, July 24, between 1 pm and 5 pm, in the Sutherland Hall courtyard. If you are arriving after this time, proceed to the Service Desk in Sutherland Hall 113 in order to check-in. Please bring your confirmation letter to expedite check-in. Parking Lot A is closest to Sutherland Hall. Campus map can be downloaded at: http://www.westcoastchristianconference.com/2013/forms.html.
Under extreme circumstances, you may be arriving after 9 pm. If so, give us a call at (626) 344-0842 before 9 pm so that we may make arrangements for someone to meet you.
Q. Do I need a parking permit? How do I get a parking permit? A. Yes, parking permits are required at all times. Parking permits will be handed out during check-in to registered attendees only. Registration is required, even if you are a daytime visitor. Please give yourself 20 minutes before meetings to check-in and receive your parking permit. The Service Desk (Sutherland Hall 113) is open 20 minutes before and will close promptly at the start of each meeting.
Conference schedule is available at: http://www.westcoastchristianconference.com/2013/schedule.html.
Please fill out a Parking Permit Request Form prior to arriving at the conference and bring it along with your confirmation letter to expedite check-in. Forms can be downloaded at: http://www.westcoastchristianconference.com/2013/forms.html.
Q. Where can I park on campus? A. You can park in most parking lots on campus. Parking lot A is the closest to Sutherland Hall, where the meetings are held. Parking lots J, L, and P are closest to the dormitories. Due to construction on the campus, there may be limited parking in these lots near the dorms. If there are no more available parking spots, we suggest that you unload in the parking lot closest to your dorm and park your car in Parking Structure R. Please observe posted notices. You can download a campus map at http://www.westcoastchristianconference.com/2013/forms.html.
Q. I am arriving by airplane. Will someone pick me up from LAX? A. Yes, we will arrange for shuttles to pick you up from LAX. Please inform us of your flight information by July 17th so we may expect you. You may add or update your flight information at any time by logging into your account at http://www.seattlechristianassembly.org/wccc2013/. The preferred arrival time is July 24, 2013, between 9 am and 3 pm, and the preferred departure time is July 28, 2013, after 3 pm.

Once you arrive at LAX, proceed to the baggage claim area for your flight. Identify yourself to greeters with blue WCCC t-shirts and signs and you will be directed to the next shuttle.
Q. I am traveling with a young child. Will the airport shuttles have car seats? A. Each airport shuttle will be equipped with a car seat. If your child is less than a year old, please specify his or her exact age on your transportation form. If your child is older, you must provide your own car seat or booster seat. According to California Law, children under the age of 8 must be secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat. Children under the age of 8 who are 4' 9" or taller may be secured by a safety belt in the back seat.
Q. What if I arrive at the airport after the preferred arrival time? A. If you arrive after 7pm on Wednesday and anytime on subsequent days, you need to gather your baggage and walk to the curb outside of your terminal. At the curb, you need to flag down the vehicle with WCCC signs on the side door and/or front dashboard. The WCCC vehicle will drop you off at the designated meeting point on campus so that you can receive your registration packet.
Q. I am planning on just going for the meetings as a daytime visitor. Do I still need to register? A. Yes, we require all attendees to register, even daytime visitors. Parking permits will be handed out to registered attendees only. We need to have an accurate count of the number of people attending in order to better plan for meetings, rooming, discussion groups, meals and children's ministry. Unfortunately, if you have not registered, registration for the 2013 conference is now closed. We will not be able to accept new registrants or walk-in registrants as all the seats have been reserved and our attendance data has been finalized with the university. The conference messages will be uploaded online at http://www.westcoastchristianconference.com about 2 hours after the conclusion of each meeting.
